Dumped On

Alternate Caption: “I think we should roll dice with other people.”

Had to do this a couple times. It’s not fun.

I’ve had a few discussions online with people asking how to let someone go from their gaming group. And it’s rough. But the best advice with dropping someone from your D&D group also applies to dumping someone you’re romantically involved with. Think it over first and be sure; be honest and direct; don’t lead them on; and say it in person. Which seems odd, until you realize in both cases you are in a relationship with that individual, it’s just that in one instance it isn’t a romantic relationship.

I imagine this is a big advantage of online games, like Roll20. You don’t need to formally dump them. You can just remove their account on the campaign and ghost them online.

Which might actually be worse…

Designs are available as T-shirts but some work as masks. I now only have a single income, making finances are tight and gaming books a luxury. Any purchases are greatly appreciated.
