Educated. Bona fide.

Harry Potter has certainly made schools of wizardry both more cemented in the imagination and harder to add to a campaign setting. Any wizard’s guild or arcane academy that also doubles as an educational institution will be a shade of Hogwarts for the foreseeable future. It doesn’t matter that wizardry academies have been a trope for years, or that Hogwarts is basically just a thinly veiled representation of British boarding schools that seems extra wondrous to North Americans as it’s so different from our public schools.
