Hoofing It

In the Twitter conversation regarding Mike “Sly Flourish” Shea’s newest Kickstarter (Fantastic Adventures: Ruins of the Grendleroot) the conversation turned to flumphs. Like it does. More specifically, flumph mounts. Which inspired several amusing ideas to run through my mind, such as what a flumph mount would look like and how a flumph would manage on a normal mount. Which is, of course, comedy gold.

While 5th Edition flumphs may not have spikes along their base like the flumphs of prior editions, they’re not really designed for riding horses. And saddles would be especially impractical.
