Payin’ the Bills

Game books are expensive, and they’re not getting any cheaper. The average price is creeping up closer and closer to the $50 mark, with D&D books and most smaller press books already having passed that mark. And that’s before expenses like miniatures, terrain, speakers and background music, bookshelves, Geek Chic tables, and the like.

It can be a little tempting to seek alternative revenue streams to pay for a gaming addition. Such as product placement.
