It’s been said that if the Christian god is real, she cannot be omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent. You can have two out of the three. Otherwise, why is there evil and suffering in the world?

As fars as gods go, the deities of fantasy fiction are rather crap. They’re not all powerful (omnipotent), and generally limited to their sphere of influence. Even in that there might be some competition. And they’re definitely not all good (omnibenevolent), as even the non-evil ones are dicks to some degree. And their ability to see what transpires seems to be limited in varying degrees, and it’s very possible to block things from the sight of the gods. That’s 0 of 3. Thanks for playing, fantasy gods, have a ribbon for participating.
